The registration for the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will be conducted in two Stages. Please note that the demand for RES examination seats is high. It will not be possible to allocate an examination seat to every applicant who has indicated interest for the examination.
Stage 1: Indication of Interest on FormSG
Access the FormSG link posted on CEA or LHUB websites. Applicants will first be directed to a waiting room. Applicants are reminded to use the latest versions of the browsers and permit the use of cookies prior to the opening of Stage 1 registration
Stage 2: Examination Registration on LHUB’s website
LHUB will contact shortlisted applicants to complete their registration and payment.

Passing the Exams
After passing the RES exam, the next crucial step is to choose a real estate agency and team; and review their packages to find one that best supports your career goals and growth.
Your Agency will then proceed with your license application. A payment of $433.50* is required for the registration with CEA. Huttons will notify you once your licence is approved and then you can start your career as a Realtor. *This Fee varies and is dependent on the package available at the time.
For Brand New RES that just passed the RES exam.
For Experienced RES crossing over from other estate agencies.
